Click yes when windows confirms and follow the installation prompts. Extract the file, make sure it is inside of your game installation folder (thanks Divic), and then right click the modmerge.exe and click 'Run as administrator'. Installation: make sure you have baldur's gate and baldur's gate 2 installed.
